We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Simply contact our support team to receive a prepaid return label and instructions.

Can I track my order in real-time?
Yes, once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.

All Cross products come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please retain your proof of purchase to facilitate any warranty claims.
Is it possible to change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 60 minutes of placement. After this window, the order moves to our fulfillment center and cannot be changed.
